Sourci helps commercial painting, flooring, coatings and roofing contractors get found and evaluated by the right buyers. We improve your website, search visibility and inquiry path around the questions people ask before choosing a contractor.
Sourci reports 234% revenue growth and 657% more website visitors for one anonymized commercial painting client. The figures describe a six-month SEO/AEO engagement reported in October 2026.
These are Sourci-reported figures, not independently audited results. The comparison baseline and channel attribution are not included.
All prices are USD. Fixed plans are month-to-month with 30 days’ written cancellation notice; changes take effect at the next agreed billing period. We confirm access, capacity, scope and start date before accepting an engagement. Custom terms are stated in the proposal. No checkout or commitment through this website.
SEO and AI-search work are included in both fixed plans. A page deliverable includes copy, metadata, relevant structured data and internal links; a new page replaces an improvement. Technical fixes are scoped changes to the existing site, not redesigns or custom integrations. Source actions need your authorization and an eligible profile or factual correction; editorial mentions cannot be promised.
Each prompt check records the collection surface and method, separating consumer-site observations from API answers. Routine writing, implementation and stated monitoring are included. Ads, paid placements or directories, premium software, hosting, photography and larger development are separately approved costs.
Which plan should you choose?
Choose Foundation for one core market. Choose Growth when you have the evidence, site access and approval capacity for eight page deliverables across more services or a second market. Choose Custom for multiple websites or a larger footprint.
You can change scope by agreement. We review the actual work and market before recommending a larger plan.
Commercial buyers need more than a trade name and a city. They want to know whether you serve their building type, can work around operations, have relevant experience and make the next step straightforward.
Example buyer questions and the page that should answer them
Buyer question
Page to improve first
Evidence to make clear
“Who handles occupied-office repaints in our service area?”
The existing commercial painting service page
Actual service area, occupied-site capabilities, relevant projects and inquiry route.
“Can a warehouse floor be back in use by Monday?”
The existing coatings service and qualification guide
Required use, access window and technical questions the contractor must assess.
“How do I compare commercial roofing contractors?”
The existing roofing service or comparison resource
Relevant scope, assessment process, genuine credentials and proposal expectations.
These examples guide the content plan. We agree the actual market and questions with you rather than publish repetitive city pages.
Fix the reason you are missing.
One question, a diagnosis and a specific next action
What the check finds
What Sourci does
No page answers a relevant buying question
Create the missing page within the monthly page allowance.
A relevant page exists but is unclear or unsupported
Improve that page with a direct answer, genuine proof, useful detail and a clear next step.
A priority page has a crawl, canonical, internal-link or usability issue
Prioritize the fix by the buyer demand and page it affects.
Answers rely on third-party sources
Review the actual cited sources, eligible profiles and factual gaps. Separate editorial opportunities from corrections.
Visibility improves but inquiries do not
Review the offer, inquiry path, buyer fit and available conversion evidence before expanding content.
Then we rerun the same questions and record what changed. Google rankings, AI citations and won work are different measures.
How does inbound delivery work?
Every engagement starts with access and conversion review, a crawl/indexability check, a priority page inventory, an agreed buyer-question map and a 90-day work plan. The monthly page allowance starts in month one after access and approvals.
We diagnose each priority question before creating content: improve the relevant existing page, create a page only for a genuine gap, fix a technical barrier, or work on the sources shaping the answer. Your selected plan defines page, fix, monitoring and source-action allowances.
Each report records completed work, Google performance, AI mentions and citations, available referral traffic and qualified inquiries. The next priorities follow the evidence, with your actual project proof and approvals guiding what can be published.
What happens in the first 90 days on Foundation?
Month 1: establish the baseline.
Confirm the market, access and buyer questions. Audit the priority pages, verify inquiry tracking and deliver the first four page improvements and scoped fixes.
Month 2: check the response.
Rerun the fixed questions, review discovery and available inquiries, then improve the next four pages. Work on the cited sources or profiles that matter to those decisions.
Month 3: choose what to expand.
Compare completed work, visibility and inquiry quality. Use the next four page deliverables on the strongest remaining gaps and decide the next quarter’s scope.
This is a delivery plan, not a prediction of when rankings or leads will arrive. Three months of Foundation plus onboarding total $6,850; Growth totals $11,850 before separately approved costs. Service is month-to-month with 30 days’ written cancellation notice.
Work on the sources buyers and AI actually use.
Your pages and profiles.
Improve the pages you control and claim or correct eligible business profiles. Keep names, services, locations and evidence consistent.
Independent mentions.
Identify relevant publications, directories and discussions from the observed answers. Build a useful contribution from actual experience and customer proof; publishers decide inclusion.
Incorrect information.
Document a specific factual error and request a correction from the responsible source. A competitor’s omission of your company is not automatically an error.
What do you need to provide?
Your website, commercial services, genuine service areas and the work your team can deliver.
Access to the website, Search Console and analytics needed for agreed work; eligible business profiles where relevant.
Accurate service details, project photos and customer evidence you have permission to publish.
A person who can approve changes and respond to inquiries, prepare estimates and report outcomes.
You retain ownership of your website, accounts, approved content and reports. We confirm site access, feasibility, included work and any outside costs in writing before accepting the engagement.
Measure discovery and actual inquiries separately.
The monthly report separates Search Console impressions and clicks, AI name mentions, site citations and the inquiries received. Where the data allows, connect inquiries to qualified opportunities, estimates and won work. Visits, mentions and form submissions each tell a different part of the story.
AI answers vary, and many visits do not carry a reliable referral. We document the model or surface and collection method, keep API observations separate from consumer-site observations, and use the same prompts for comparisons. Your lead log supplies the commercial outcome data.
Sourci’s own search review used 24 fixed commercial-contractor questions across three answer surfaces to identify which pages were cited and which provider decisions still missed the brand. That work led to service-page, comparison and inquiry-flow improvements. It is a record of the method, not a client-results claim.
What is inbound lead generation for commercial contractors?+
Inbound lead generation helps suitable buyers find, evaluate and contact your business. Sourci improves the website pages and search visibility behind that decision, focusing on commercial services, the areas you actually serve and a clear route to an inquiry.
Do I need SEO or AEO?+
The inbound package includes both. SEO addresses discovery in search; AEO means making the business and its evidence understandable in AI-generated answers. We use the same buyer decisions to choose work, then measure Google performance and AI mentions or citations separately.
Will you improve my existing website or build another one?+
We start with the existing website. A relevant page that answers the question poorly gets improved. A new page uses one of your plan’s monthly page deliverables only when a real gap exists. Full redesigns, migrations and custom applications need a separate quote.
Can you target commercial painting leads instead of homeowner jobs?+
Yes. The plan starts with the property types, buyer roles, project fit and service area you want. Page copy, examples and inquiry questions make that focus explicit. Inquiries still need qualification; a visit or search mention does not establish a suitable project.
What do the inbound plans cost?+
Foundation is $1,950/month plus $1,000 onboarding: four page deliverables for one website and one primary service area. Growth is $3,450/month plus $1,500 onboarding: eight page deliverables for one website and up to two service areas. First month totals are $2,950 and $4,950 respectively. Both fixed plans are month-to-month with 30 days’ written cancellation notice. Larger scopes are quoted separately; prices are USD.
How will you measure Google and AI-search results?+
We review Search Console data, website inquiries and available referral data, plus the same buyer questions across ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity each month: 24 on Foundation or 48 on Growth. The report names the collection method, separates consumer-site and API results, and distinguishes mentions, citations and qualified inquiries. A one-round snapshot is directional; AI referrals can be undercounted.
How soon will inbound produce leads?+
The first month delivers the baseline, plan and agreed improvements once access and approvals are in place. Search discovery and buyer response have their own timing. We review the work over a 90-day plan, but do not promise a date for rankings, leads or revenue. If you need immediate work, discuss that before choosing inbound.
Do you guarantee first place in Google or AI answers?+
No. Sourci commits to the agreed deliverables and transparent reporting. Search engines, AI systems and publishers decide what they display; your offer, competition, market and sales follow-up also affect the outcome.
Bring your website and the work you want more of.
We’ll review your commercial market and website, then agree the first priorities and the written scope.
