Sourci researches commercial accounts and buyers in your service area, runs agreed email outreach and follow-up, and qualifies interested replies. Your team receives the buyer context and next action, then handles site visits, estimates and closing.
All prices are USD. Fixed plans are month-to-month with 30 days’ written cancellation notice; changes take effect at the next agreed billing period. We confirm access, capacity, scope and start date before accepting an engagement. Custom terms are stated in the proposal. No checkout or commitment through this website.
Contact allowances are research capacity, not promised emails, replies or leads. We confirm the reachable market first; available suitable contacts, exclusions, opt-outs and sending health determine actual activity. Unused capacity does not turn into bulk sending or carry forward. Growth adds coverage and research capacity, not a higher sending rate per inbox.
Standard research, copy, follow-up, reply review and reporting are included. Domains, inboxes and sending infrastructure are itemized for approval before launch. No automatic overages. Calling, LinkedIn management, ads and guaranteed appointments are excluded. Your team handles discovery, estimates and closing.
Which plan should you choose?
Choose Foundation for one clear buyer segment. Choose Growth when two segments need distinct messaging and your team can follow up on both. Choose Custom for a broader account strategy or a combined inbound and outbound engagement.
You can change scope by agreement. We review the actual work and market before recommending a larger plan.
Property and facilities managers, owners and asset representatives
Inspection or maintenance need, property responsibility and approval route.
A title or address establishes a research lead. A buyer’s response establishes interest and the next step. We exclude existing relationships and unsuitable accounts according to your brief.

EXAMPLE
What do you get beyond names and email addresses?
A useful handoff states who replied, their role, the account fit, what they said, what remains unknown and the next action. Keep a vendor-review conversation distinct from a buyer-confirmed project.
Example: an occupied-office repaint conversation
Record
Example
Buyer and fit
Property manager for an office inside the contractor’s agreed area.
Buyer statement
“Send occupied-site examples for our next vendor review. No repaint is approved yet.”
Stage
Vendor review. Budget, scope and project start are unconfirmed.
Next action
Contractor sends relevant experience and follows the agreed review route.
When to estimate
When a relevant need, access contact and purpose for a site visit have been established.
You know the services and areas your crews can cover, and can show relevant experience to a property or facilities buyer.
Capacity to follow through.
Someone can respond to qualified conversations, arrange discovery, estimate and pursue the opportunity.
Time to build a pipeline.
You can work through vendor reviews and future timing as well as active requests. If you need an immediate job or a guaranteed appointment count, discuss that before committing.
What should you compare with the $2,950 starting fee?
Include your follow-up, travel and estimating time when evaluating acquisition cost. Track interested replies, qualified conversations, estimates and won jobs separately. An inexpensive contact and a qualified opportunity are not the same unit.
The exact monthly fee, included work and any third-party costs are agreed before launch. Use the worked acquisition-cost example with your own margin and win assumptions. No job or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
Outbound lead generation, answered.
Who handles prospecting if my painting company has no sales team?+
Sourci can handle account research, agreed email outreach, follow-up and interested-reply qualification. Your team still needs someone to respond to qualified conversations, assess the work, estimate and close. Compare that responsibility with an appointment-setting service before choosing a provider.
Is outbound a list of leads or a managed service?+
It is a managed service. Sourci researches relevant accounts and contacts, prepares and sends agreed email, follows up and reviews replies. A handoff includes buyer context, confirmed information, unresolved questions and the agreed next step; the list alone is not the outcome.
Will I need to operate email software?+
No. Sourci operates the agreed outreach workflow. You approve the audience and messaging and provide the access and business information agreed at setup. Your team handles the qualified buyer conversation and reports estimates and wins.
Does Sourci make calls or guarantee appointments?+
The outbound offer described here is managed email outreach and reply qualification. Calling, LinkedIn management and a guaranteed appointment count are not included. Your contractor team decides whether a conversation merits a site visit.
Are the leads exclusive?+
The engagement uses your agreed account brief, exclusions and client-owned research. List ownership is different from an exclusive buyer inquiry or territory. Any exclusivity requirement must be defined in the written scope; a buyer may still consider other contractors.
Can you find warehouse and manufacturing buyers for coatings?+
We research facilities inside your agreed service area and likely facilities, maintenance or property roles. An industrial address establishes potential fit, not active coating demand. Buyer replies establish interest; your qualified team assesses the floor, operating window and technical scope.
What does outbound lead generation cost?+
Foundation is $2,950/month for one campaign and research capacity of up to 500 new relevant contacts/month. Growth is $4,450/month for up to two campaigns and up to 1,000 contacts/month across them. Standard campaign setup is included; sending infrastructure costs are agreed separately. Both are month-to-month with 30 days’ written cancellation notice. Larger or combined scopes need a custom quote. It is not a price per contact, a guaranteed meeting count or a promise of revenue.
Should I choose outbound, inbound or both?+
Choose outbound when you have a defined commercial market and can follow up on buyer conversations. Choose inbound when buyers need to find and evaluate you through your website and search. Use both when your team can support the work and budget; each channel has a separate scope and measurement plan.
